All the periods mentioned exclude weekends or public holidays.
Shipping and delivery fees to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries:
If the customer does not receive the shipment for any reason, the customer shall bear all costs and fees incurred, including but not limited to (shipping costs, administrative fees, customs fees, customs clearance costs and procedures, and any other fees imposed by shipping companies or relevant authorities).
An administrative fee of (10) ten Saudi Riyals is added to the shipping and delivery fees for shipments sent to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
In addition to the shipping and administrative fees mentioned above, the customer shall also bear any customs duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, fees or other costs related to the release or importation of the shipment into the destination country when applicable, in accordance with the regulations, rules, customs tariff and fees applicable by the competent authorities in the destination country.
The value of these fees and costs, if any, is determined according to the nature, value, and contents of the shipment, as well as the regulations, tariffs, and fees applicable in the destination country. These fees are not considered part of the shipping, delivery, or administrative fees payable to the store.
